The animal shelter is located on Jefferson Road, in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania.
If you are coming from Route 79, take Exit 14 (old exit 3, also the exit to Waynesburg University). At the end of the exit ramp, you will be at Route 21. Turn west, toward Waynesburg. Continue until you reach the Sheetz gasoline station, which will be on your right, at a traffic light. Immediately before the station is a street, turn right onto it (this is Jefferson Road). The shelter is on the left, about a mile north on this road, just past the first railroad overpass.
The animal shelter is open to the public on Monday from Noon to 5:00 PM, Wednesday Noon to 5:00 PM, and Saturday Noon to 5:00 PM.
